Filipe has over 30 years of experience in the financial markets and real estate in several locations including New York, London, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Paris and for the last ten years, Dubai. This knowledge has given him the ability to work with a range of cultures, different management styles and a varied workforce. Filipe brings an extensive wealth of knowledge to the region and to his staff. Filipe is interactive with his workforce and likes to engage with them personally by sharing an office space with them. This enables him to fully understand how the company is operating.
